Space & Grace

Sometimes we can feel like circumstances and situations are out of our control and there’s nothing we can do. Being present to how we’re feeling in space allows for responding creatively.

When you’re stressed out do you go to - the beach? …mountains? …for a walk?  What if those spaces you seek out aren’t incidental but instead a literal expression of what you feel or need?  In some small way, this is making a difference. This is exercising choice. What insight do you gain about your circumstances from being in this place? How can you change them?

You can come to awareness of and welcome these moments as they arrive in your day – at different times, by different light, in different seasons. Space and grace.

This series of cards combines photography and an invitation to reflection connected to different kinds of space - Acknowledgement of Country, open horizon, at the shore, around a fire, on a bushwalk... you might use these cards while in these places, or you might use them when you wish you could get there and can't.
